Should Discovery be its own call?
Many software founders ask me if they should do discovery with the demo together, or split them up and make discovery a separate call.
Well, there are many reasons to do either, so I break them down in this video.
If you have a big and complex product that needs to be explained over a long period of time, it could take a while for you to do the demo.
People have short attention spans, so boring them should be the last thing you would want to happen.
If that is the case, you might want to separate Discovery from the Demo.
But in reality, I have three situations for when you should do Discovery separately from the Demo.
